SHIPPING :

- Orders will typically take 3-5 Business Days DEPENDING ON YOUR LOCATION (for Domestic orders). INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY CAN TAKE UP TO 10-21 DAYS AFTER IT IS SHIPPED

WHAT CARRIER DO WE USE FOR SHIPPING?

- United States Postal Service PRIORITY & FIRST CLASS mail.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

- Our standard domestic shipping charges begin at $6.00 and increase based on weight & distance - Shipping to Canada begins at $10.00 - Shipping to other countries begins at $23.00

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

All sales are final. No refunds accepted, no returns honored. Size exchanges and significantly factory defective items are accepted for exchange within 7 days from which shipment is received. We require that customers notify smiley@memoriiies.com of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours.

 

Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. Exchanges are not available for any product after 7 days.

Please note: all sale items purchased through discount code or promotion are FINAL SALE, not eligible for altering your order, returns, and/or exchanges.
